While studying the spirit of Comrade Hu Jintao’s Important Speech at the July 1st Ceremony, the Company’s Party Committee acted promptly and issued a circular in a timely manner, requiring Party organizations at all levels to conduct studies closely integrated with practical work and deliver new achievements for new leaps in development under the 12th Five‑Year Plan.
